摘    要:本文在当今社会电力需求紧张,特别是照明用电量持续不断增长的背景下,提出了推广使用高效节能照明产品以及在中国实施照明产品节能认证的必要性和所面临的广阔发展前景。开展照明产品节能认证、推广普及优质高效的照明产品所拥有的巨大节电潜力和其所带来的经济、环境效益是不容忽视的。但是,照明产品节能认证在中国的普及和推广工作还是任重道远。为此,中标认证中心将致力于此项工作,推动政府制定和实施节能产品激励政策,研究“节”字标志与国际同类标志之间的协调互认,进一步健全监督管理机制和规范认证行为,扩大节能认证覆盖的照明产品种类并加强宣传和推广工作。

Abstract:The article brings forward the necessity of promoting the use of energy-efficient lighting products in China and the wonderful prospect we are facing under the background of the significant rise on China's electric power demand and the continuously growing on the domestic power consumption for lighting. We can't overlook the huge power conservation potential and the economic and environmental benefits brought by carrying out energy conservation product certification and popularizing efficient lighting products. Therefore, there is still a long way for us to go for popularizing energy conservation products and CSC will dedicate ourseleves to it. In the future CSC will encourage the government to formulate and implement incentive policies to encourage the use of energy conservation products, do researches on the possibility of coordination and mutual recognition with international energy efficiency lighting labels, further improve the supervision and management mechanism and standardize the behaviors of certification, expand the products category of energy efficient labeling for lighting products and strengthen the promotion.
