超声波辅助提取荷叶总黄酮工艺的研究

摘    要:以荷叶粉末为原料,用单因素和正交实验考察了超声提取的乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率、液固比对荷叶黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,采用40倍50%的乙醇溶液,在700 W的功率(20 kHz)下超声提取40 m in的提取效果最好,黄酮得率可达14.49 mg/g,电镜显示,超声对荷叶组织产生了明显的破碎作用。

Abstract:This study investigated the optimal technology of total flavonoids from lotus leaves using of ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE)with the single factor and orthogonal design experiment,the effect of ethanol concentration,ultrasound time,ultrasound power,etc on extraction was studied.The results show that the most optimum conditions are that the concentration of alcohol is 50%,the rate of solvent to raw materials is 40 times,the ultrasonic power is 700 W(20 kHz) and the ultrasonic time is 40 min.The yield of total flavonoids can reach 14.49 mg/g.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) micrographs provided evidence of more rapid opening of plant tissue treated by UAE in contrast to maceration.
