摘    要:在制造业走向全球采购的背景下,多国材料牌号对照信息系统的建立有着极为重要的意义.提出了一种多国材料牌号自动匹配技术(DMS).该技术将材料的成分、性能数据及用途、形状、特殊性能、交货状态等信息表述为一组数学特征,通过计算不同材料牌号的相似度函数,方便地实现了各国材料牌号的对照查询和匹配检索.该技术在中日钢铁材料牌号对照数据库开发中已得到成功应用.

Abstract:At the age of global economic integration,the comparative information system of world material standards is very important for material procurement of manufactory industry.In this paper,a computer matching technique for steel grades comparison between different nations(named as DMS)is put forward.By using this technique, the basic information of a steel grade,such as compositions,properties,applications,shapes,special properties and delivery states,is summarized as a set of mathematic features.With these features,we can calculate similarity degree of different steel grades,then the auto match and comparison inquiry of steel grade of different nations can be actualize. This technique has been successfully applied in the development of China-Japan steel grades comparison database.
