| 摘 要： | 介绍了现场总线和阀岛硬件配置思路。分析了结合高性能可编程序控制器(PLC)和角度编码器构建电子凸轮的软件设计方法,包括格雷码解码和电子凸轮信息的转换过程。在实现模块化设备平台的同时,提高了系统的同步性与稳定性,获得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the hardware configuration of field bus and valve island.Also,that how to apply programmable logic controller（PLC）and degree encoder to create electrical cam—decoding of Gray code and electrical cam transform process are analysed.This technology has good effect in real application to create module equipment platform,improve synchronization and stabilize of system. |
