海水液压泵缸孔柱塞副配合间隙设计

摘    要:结合工况条件、材料特性、环境温度、介质特性及加工制造等,探讨了轴向柱塞式海水液压泵用高分子复合材料做缸孔并与耐蚀合金柱塞对偶时缸孔柱塞副配合间隙的设计方法,并预计其工作寿命.

Abstract:Considering the working condition, material characteristic; surrounding temperature, pressure medium peculiarity, manufacture process, and so on, it is discussed in detail that the design method of the mate clearance between cylinder bore made of polymer composite and piston made of anti-erosion alloy in the axial piston seawater hydraulic pump, and the lifetime of cylinder bore and piston pair is indicated.
