摘    要:设计和实现了一种嵌入式视频交通监控系统,用于高速公路交通信息的收集及路面信息的实时监控,从而实现了智能交通系统前端的交通信息检测;系统采用ARM处理器S3C2410A实现控制功能、TMSC6211DSP完成算法处理的双核结构,并用MPEG编码芯片G07007完成图像压缩传输功能;详细介绍了系统的硬件结构设计和Linux驱动的开发;经过实际测试,采用该系统进行车辆计数,其准确率达90%以上,车速检测误差小于5%,对于QCIF格式的道路现场图像能够以每秒25帧的速度进行传输。

Abstract:The design and realization of an embedded video traffic surveillance system are presented. As the front part of intelligent transportation system, it is utilized to collect the traffic information of highway and monitor the status of road, The system uses ARM920T S3C2410A processor for control and TMS320C6211 DSP chip for algorithm process to form a dual-core system, and uses MPEG media encoder chip GO7007 to compress image. The paper particularly describes the hardware design of the system and Linux devices driver. Through real test, the accurate ratio of vehicles count is over 90%, the error ratio of speed test is below 50% and the transmit speed is 25 f/ s for QCIF image.
