摘    要:通过对钢筋弯曲机“带—两级齿轮—蜗轮蜗杆传动”和“带—三级齿轮传动”的传动效率及传动精度的分析比较,认为:手动操作的弯曲机,宜采用“带—三级齿轮传动”结构,以利提高其传动效率;而全自动或半自动操作的弯曲机,宜采用“带—两级齿轮—蜗轮蜗杆传动”结构,以利提高传动精度,基于此,对现有传动方案提出了一种改进思路:对以传递动力为主的传动系统,可优先考虑将蜗杆传动布置在高速级;对传动精度要求较高的系统,才考虑将蜗杆布置在低速级。

Abstract:Typical drive methods of reinforcing steel bar bent machine are bent-two step gears-wormwheel and bent-three step gears, which have obvious difference in transmitting efficiency and transmitting precision. The transmitting efficiency and transmitting precision of the two methods are compared and analysed in detail, the different demands of machine speciality for different using methods are researched. It is pointed out that bent-three step gears's machine ought to be used or produced when using manual handle for increasing transmitting efficiency, and bent-two step gears-wormwheel's machine ought to be used when using automatic and half-(automatic) operation for increasing transmitting precision. The points for improving design of the machine are put forward. The results give the good suggestions for designing, producing and selecting machine.
