| Abstract: | The 21st century is a century of scientific and technological competition and competition of talents,especially for a higher vocational institute in its early development.Owing to the lack of special research talents,it is necessary to institute related prompting mechanism,in order to boost a rapid development in our institute.This paper,commencing with our practice,analyzes the purpose of NIIT's instituting a research allowance system,then expounds the approach of unfolding this system and finally discusses the achievement and the problem relating to the system. |
