| 摘 要： | 提出了省级电网在线安全稳定预警及决策支持系统的总体目标，设计了系统的总体框架和硬件结构。以四川省电网建设的在线安全稳定预警及控制决策系统为例，分别阐述了电网安全在线分析及辅助决策子系统和离线研究子系统的主要功能和应用模式，就研制和应用中的关键问题提出了相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The general object of online security pre-warning and decision-making support system for provincial power grid is proposed, and the overall framework and hardware structure are designed. Taking the online security pre-warning and decision-making support system for Sichuan Power Grid for example, the main functions and application modes for online security analysis and decision-making support subsystem, the offline-study subsystem are elaborated respectively. Solutions to the key problems related to the development and applications are provided. |
