纳米CuO的制备及其糠醛催化氧化性能

摘    要:在不加任何模板剂和其他添加剂的情况下,在液相中采用水热晶化法、快速沉淀法和升温分解法高效合成了片状、球状和棒状纳米CuO,并以扫描电镜和X射线多晶粉末衍射仪进行表征。以高压液相色谱为检测手段,采用一次加入法考察不同形貌的CuO对糠醛催化氧化的影响,其中,升温分解法合成的棒状CuO表现出良好的催化氧化性能,糠酸收率达91%。

Abstract:Rod-, sheet- and sphere-like CuO nanostructure crystals were synthesized using hydrothermal crystallization, rapid precipitation and temperature-programmed decomposition in solutions, without addition of any templates and additives. The crystals were characterized by XRD and SEM. Effects of CuO with different morphologies on catalytic oxidation of furfural were discussed. Rod-like CuO crystals exhibited good activity for oxidation of furfural,with furoic acid yield of up to 91%.
