摘    要:某核电1号机组汽水分离再热器(MSR)的本体疏水管线膨胀节在运行工况下,其水平位置的偏移量超过了设计要求,若不及时解决,将给机组的安全运行带来隐患。该电站2号机安装完成后,其MSR膨胀节的水平位移也存在类似情况。为解决这些问题,进行了多次测量和原因分析,认为在制造及装配等环节上,在膨胀节的垂直度控制方面可能存在问题。该类问题的分析处理,对类似膨胀节的应用及装配时对垂直度的控制,具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Under the working condition of the expansion joint in the drain line of moisture separator reheater (MSR for short) in Power Unit 1 in a nuclear power station, it was found that the horizontal displacement of expansion joint located in drain pipes of MSR exceeded the requirement of the design specification. If it is not promptly resolved, the operation of the unit will have risks. After the installation of Unit 2 in the power station is completed, the similar situation of horizontal displacement also exists in the MSR expansion joint To solve these problems, multiple measures and analysis on the cause have been carried out It is found that the problems may exist in vertical control of the expansion joint during the application assembly of similar expansion joint which has some reference for vertical control in China.
