结晶器非正弦振动波形构造及其同步控制模型

摘    要:为改善铸坯质量,可从有利于润滑的结晶器振动模型着手。在正弦振动波形的基础上,利用分段函数法构造出一种非正弦振动波形,经过公式推导,得出非正弦振动的6个振动工艺参数表达式。在此基础上,本文建立了vc-h同步控制模型,可在提高拉速的同时有效保证铸坯质量。

Abstract:The oscillation model of mould which is in favor of lubrication has been established to improve the quality of casting blank.Based on sinusoidal oscillation waveform,a non-sinusoidal form has been constructed by use of paragraph-functions method.Six correspondent analytical expression formulas have been derived.On the basis of above,the vc-h synchronous control model has been established,which can ensure the casting quality under high speed.
