摘    要:用智能型5孔探针对催化裂化沉降器内多臂式(A型)旋流快分系统封闭罩内的气体流场进行了测试,在此基础上,对旋流快分的结构进行了改进:在旋流头上插入了一个筒状物(B型),并对其进行了流场测试。测试结果表明,B型的旋流头结构消除了旋流头喷出口的短路流,因而更有利于提高分离效率,但在筒状物的底部附近呈短路流现象,是下一步继续改进结构的重点。

Abstract:An intelligent 5-hole probe was used to measure the gas flow field in the vortex quick separation system (VQS) of FCC disengager without a conduit (model A). Based on the experiments of the flow field, the configuration of VQS was modified. A conduit was inserted on the vortex arms (model B) and its gas flow field was measured. The measured results showed that a short circuit flow at the outlet of the VQS (model B) was eliminated; therefore, it was beneficial to increase the separate efficiency. However, a short flow at the end of the conduit was appeared, so the structure should be improved further.
