| 摘 要： | 研究了一种新型合成液压支架用浓缩液压液．以水为基础液(载体)复合具有良好亲水性的润滑剂、乳化剂、防锈防腐蚀剂，形成了具有增溶作用的热力学稳定体系；合成液的性能全部高于MT76—2002标准要求；配方中不再使用矿物油，与传统乳化油相比具有稳定性更好、成本更低、环境友好等特点．

| Abstract: | A newly type of synthetically concentrate hydraulic fluid used in powered support was researched. Water as the carrier, compounded with the hydrophilic lubricator, the emulsifier, the anti-rust and anti-corrosive agent, the thermodynamic stability system with solubilization was formed. All of the performances of the fluid exceed the standard of MT76-2002. Mineral oil is not used in compounding. Compare to the traditional emulsifying oil, the newly one is provided with the characteristics, such as better stability, lower cost, environmental-friendly and so on. |
