应用组合处理技术治理软土地基

摘    要:为了解决软土地基上建筑物的不均匀沉降,详细分析了产生不均匀沉降的原因,并针对不同的原因采用了基础围箍、压力注浆、树根桩托换等组合地基处理技术,不仅有效的抑制了不均匀沉降,还明显的提高了复合地基的承载力,取得了令人满意的效果。

Abstract:In order to reslove asymmetric subsidence of soft subsoil building, the text expounds labor the causation of asymmetric subsidence, and uses foundation enclose-hoop, pressure-grouting method, root pile underpinning etc combination methods of subgrade treatment, not only to control the asymmetric subsidence of building, but also to enhance the bearing capacity of composite foundation, the result is satisfying.
