滨海电厂海水冷却系统的防污防腐

摘    要:对滨海电厂循环水系统的污堵和腐蚀进行论述,并提出了有效的防污防腐措施:(1)循环水系统须设置二次滤网;(2)凝汽器采用钛管时,如管内流速较高,水质可得到保证,循环水系统可不设胶球清洗装置;(3)循环水钢管推荐采用重防腐 牺牲阳极保护的防腐措施;(4)对于无法采用牺牲阳极法进行防腐处理的小管径管道,推荐采用钢骨架塑料复合管。

Abstract:The fouling and corrosion in circulating water system of coastal power plants have been expounded in detail, suggesting effective measures for preventing fouling and corrosion as follows:(1)a secondary strainer should be installed in the circulating water system; (2) in the event of adopting titanium tubes in the condenser, if flow velocity in the tubes to be higher and the water quality can be assured, the circulating water system can't install cleaning facility with rubber balls; (3) for steel pipes in circulating water system, the corrosion-preventing measures of heavy corrosion protection sacrificial anodic protection should be used; (4) for small diameter pipelines unable to use the sacrificial anodic protection method, it is recommended to adopt plastic compound pipes with steel skeleton.
