摘    要:对瓶状天然矿泉水生产中所出现的沉淀问题、微生物污染问题从物理化学因素、生物因素等方面进行了理论分析,并结合生产实践提出相应的解决方法,为生产合格优质的瓶装矿泉水提供了保证。

Abstract:The precipitation and microbial contamination in bottled natural mineral water are theoretically analyzed from the angles of physical chemistry and biology, and corresponding solutions are proposed based on the production practice, with a view of guaranteeing the manufacture of high quality bottled mineral water.
