基于模糊网络分析法的供应商评价研究

为了处理供应商评价时的模糊性和不确定性因素,提出了基于模糊网络分析法的供应商评价方法。在合理选择供应商评价标准的基础上,专家组利用三角模糊数构建对供应商的判断尺度,通过选择合适的专家组成员判断的一致性系数和专家组成员评价时的乐观系数,减少评价过程中的主观性。利用模糊网络分析法对供应商进行评价时,既可以处理供应商评价过程中具有内部相互依赖关系的复杂决策问题,又可以减少供应商在评价中的主观因素的影响。

Supplier Assessment with Fuzzy Analytical Network Process

Introduces a fuzzy analytical network process(F-ANP) method to deal with the fuzziness and uncertainty factors in vendors' selection.On the basis of the rational supplier evaluation criterion,the linguistic level of co MParisons used by the experts for each comparison with the triangular fuzzy numbers to construct the fuzzy matrices.The consensus coefficient and optimism coefficient are selected,which can reduce the subjective influence of the experts.The F-ANP method not only processes the interdependent relations within the suppliers' assessment,but also eliminates the impact of the subjective factors.
