摘    要:分析了2008~2009年湖南地区冬季的整体天气形势,利用覆冰监测预警系统的监测数据,发现2008~2009年冬季电网覆冰为中等以下强度的覆冰。将电网覆冰长期预测、中期预测和短期预测结果与电网实际覆冰情况进行对比,发现电网长期预测结论与实际情况十分吻合,中期预测也有较高准确性,短期预测准确率达99%以上。针对下一步的工作给出了建议。

Abstract:The whole weather condition of 2008 -2009 winter in Hunan was analyzed. According data from icing monitoring and alarming system, it is found that the ice-covering condition in 2008 - 2009 winter was less severer than medium intensity. Compared the actual ice-covering condition with long term, medium-term, and short term forecasts, it was found that long term and medium term forecast accuracy is suitable and short-term forecast accuracy is more than 99%. Suggestions were proposed for next work stage.
