叶片型面误差的数控砂带磨削技术研究

摘    要:介绍了叶片型面误差的测量与计算方法,建立了误差值与叶片砂带磨削法向力之间的函数关系,通过使用UG/Open API编程开发了磨削加工仿真模块并给出了叶片型面误差砂带磨削的仿真实例,对提高叶片砂带磨削数控编程的效率和叶片加工精度都有较强的指导意义。

Abstract:Methods of measurement and calculation on the surface tolerance of blade is introduced, and the formula about surface tolerance and positive pressure of belt-grinding is set up. A grinding simulation module is developed using UG/Open API to evaluate the calculation results, and the simulation instance is given to prove that the method can improve efficiency of NC programming and machining precision of the blade.
