摘    要:利用自制的梯度氧化铝膜管对生活污水进行了净化处理 ,研究发现孔径沿径向梯度变化的氧化铝膜不形成膜孔淤塞 ,容易清洗 ,截留下的污染物停留在控制层表面 ,经机械清洗后截流率和通量可近 10 0 %恢复 .操作压力低于 0 .17MPa时 ,膜通量随压力的升高明显增加 ,大于 0 17MPa后 ,压力对膜通量的影响不明显 .0 3MPa的操作压力下 ,膜通量随时间急速下降 .合适的操作压力是 0 1~ 0 17MPa ,稳定通量是 0 7~ 1.6m3/ (m2 ·h) .控制层孔径介于0 .1~ 0 .35μm的梯度氧化铝膜管对生活污水的BOD5的去除率达 83%、CODCr的去除率达6 7% ,大于 0 .1μm固体悬浮物的去除率达 10 0 % ,污水的浊度由 4 2°降到 4° ,处理后的颜色为无色 .

Abstract:The microfiltration of sewage using gradient alumina tubularmembranes was studied. It was found that the membranes can minimize deep-pore fouling and plugging efficiently, resulting in easy cleaning, with 100% recovery of trapping efficiency and flux efficiency. Below the pressure of 0.17MPa, the flux was increased obviously with the increase of pressure. Above the pressure of 0.17MPa, the flux was less influenced by the pressure. At 0.3MPa, the flux decreased rapidly with the increase of the time of the microfiltration. The suitable microfiltration pressure was 0.1~0.17MPa with 0.7~1.6m3/(m2·h) of steadystate flux. Microfiltration removed 83% of BOD5,67% of CODCr and 100% of suspended particles larger than 0.1μm. Clear water with 4 turbidity was obtained from 42 turbidity sewage.
