| 摘 要： | 长潭水库地处东南沿海,水库调度受强台风影响明显。为此,以＂2009.08＂台风为例,分析台风特点、水情、雨情,结合长潭水库台汛期调度原则,制定出相应的调度策略和方案并实施,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Located in South-east coastal area,regulation of Changtan Reservoir is significantly influenced by strong typhoon.Taking the typhoon occurred in 2009 August as example,the author analyzed the characteristics of typhoon,regime and rainfall,determined and practice corresponding regulation scheme combined with the typhoon-flood period regulating principles of Changtan Reservoir,rendering good social and economic benefits. |
