东莞理工学院建筑工程系可持续发展研究

摘    要:文章主要从东莞理工学院建筑工程系所处的外部环境和自身发展的内部因素,着重分析了地理区位和行政隶属关系对学院办学特色和办学定位的影响,以及人才培养、专业/学科建设、课程体系、教师队伍、科学研究、试验基地建设和制度管理对促进专业可持续发展的积极作用。实践表明:只有立足学院和建筑工程系的发展战略和实际情况,从大处着眼,小处入手,全面推进建筑工程系的各项工作,才能实现学院(大环境)的办学方针和建筑工程系(小环境)的可持续发展。

Abstract:Based on the environment and internal factors affecting the development of department of civil engineering in Dongguan University of Technology, we analyzed the influence of region and administrative relation on characteristics to run a school and proposed the influence of talent training, specialty/subject construction, course system, teacher quality, scientific research, experimental base construction, and system administration on the sustainable development of specialty. The practice shows that only prompting each work in department of civil engineering based on development strategies and reality can realize the sustainable development of college guiding principles and the department of civil engineering.
