摘    要:在甘蔗收割机的多学科优化设计中,通过将其中的设计变量(参数)、约束、目标、性态函数等大量信息进行提取、加工、组织而形成有用的优化知识,同时将优化问题表达为一个决策表,通过数据库中属性与知识库中谓词以及两者之间元素的一一对应关系,将数据库中的数据提取并扩充到知识库中去,利用知识库的推理支持快速查询,实现数据库的智能化.在结构优化、机构优化以及功率匹配上,达到了智能优化的目的。

Abstract:In the multidisciplinary optimization of sugarcane harvester,the information of design variables,constraints,objects and state functions as well were extracted and made into useful knowledge.The optimization problem was expressed to be a decision table.The data was put into the knowledge base from data base through the correspondence relationship of the element property in data base and predicate in knowledge base.The data base has become intelligent because of the support of quick search of knowledge base.The intelligent optimization has been achieved in structural optimization,machinery optimization as well as the power assignment.
