羊毛溶解可行性及其溶液的制取

摘    要:文章介绍了羊毛角朊的溶解性质及其理想溶解方法.通过分析溶剂的选择,详细描述了羊毛角朊溶解助剂、工艺过程及制备步骤.对溶解液进行了粘度测量,并采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术对羊毛和角朊溶液膜作了对比测试和分析.实验得出,羊毛溶解后得到的角朊膜在分子结构上变化不大,但其无序结构明显,大分子构象形式发生了变化.

Abstract:The wool fibers and the method for a perfect dissolution have been introduced and discussed.The valid complex solvents have been investigated and the solvent and preparation steps for wool keratin have also been described.By using Fouier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR) and viscometry,the solubility and the structure are valuated.The results indicate that the arrangement of the keratin large molecules in keratin films are constant,but its form has been changed.
