| 摘 要： | 文章以6种不同类型的轨道交通综合体为研究对象，依据系统动力学和对应协同原理研究探讨综合体地下空间开发利用的区位特点、功能定位、设施配置、用地布局、交通组织与空间形态规划等问题，为城市轨道交通综合体及周边地区地下空间的综合开发利用、规划的建设提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | By analyzing 6 different types of rail transit complex, and on the basis of the theory of systematic dynamics and synchronization, the article explores the issues regarding development of underground space of each type of complex such as location features, functional orientation, facilities allocation, land layout, transport arrangement and the planning of space pattern, in order to provide scientific basis for the comprehensivedevelopment and planning of underground space of rail transit complex and its periphery area. |
