摘    要:濮阳热电厂 3号汽轮机在投运后短短的 10个月内连续发生了三次末级叶片断裂、扭曲事故。根据对叶片材质及叶轮———叶片系统振动特性的试验结论 ,通过对叶片断口及扭曲特征及事故时机组的运行工况分析判断 ,这三次事故均为水冲击造成。检查发现是由于汽轮机第五段抽汽的疏水管高出抽汽管道 ,而抽汽管道上又无逆止门所致。对抽汽及其疏水管道改造后 ,未再发生类似事故

Abstract:The No.3 steam turbine of Puyang Thermal Power Plant suffered three failures of distortion and breaking of the last stage blade during the period of ten months after commissioning. According to the test conclusion of the blade material and wheel-blade system, the blade breakpoint, distortion character and operation conditions during these accidents were analyzed.Those failures were all caused by water strike, because the fifth extraction's drainpipe was above the extraction pipe and the extraction pipe had no non-return valve. After modification of the extraction pipe and drainpipe, such failures have been avoided.
