| 摘 要： | 读出电路是红外焦平面器件研究的关键技术之一,本文研制出一种用于CMOS读出电路参数测试的计算机辅助测试系统.该系统可靠、精度高,有完整的软硬件环境,以适应各种读出电路的测试.

| Abstract: | Readout integrated circuit (ROIC) technology is one of the critical technologies of infrared focal plane array (IRFPA). A computer aided system for measuring the parameters of CMOS ROIC for IRFPA is developed. With high reliability and precision, integrated of environment software & hardware, the system can be applied to the test of various ROICs. |
