阻尼结构整圈连接汽轮机叶片频率静态测试的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了阻尼结构整圈连接叶片系统振动频率的静态测试方法、整圈连接叶片一阶系统振动带节径静频率评价、整圈连接(包括各种阻尼结构)叶片系统高频振动带节径频率评价、阻尼结构整圈连接叶片带节径静频率落入共振的危险性及处理的思路等试验研究结果。给出了整圈连接叶片一阶系统带节径静频率的安全性评价指标,时判断叶片系统的高频振动具有参考价值。

Abstract:This paper briefs the static test method of vibration frequency of steam turbine blade system with damp structure round linking,nodal diameter static frequency evaluation of first harmonic system vibration band of blades with round linking,high frequency vibration band nodal diameter frequency evaluation of blade system with round linking (including varbns damp structures),the danger of vibration band nodal diameter statie frequency falling in resonance of blades with damp structure round linking and the test and research results of handling thinking;and gives the safety evaluation indexes of nodal diameter static frequency of first harmonic system vibration band of blades with round linking.All these have reference value for judging the high frequency vibration of blade system.
