| 摘 要： | 针对SGD630/220输送机所用JS-110型减速器在维修过程中齿轮间隙调整方法不当引起减速器频繁损坏的故障,采用Ⅰ轴与Ⅱ轴伞齿轮的背锥对齐,并成一条直线间隙调整的方法进行维修,取得了成功。

| Abstract: | Aim at the SGD630/220 deceleration machine that 2 conveyance machines use is in maintain process the wheel gear cleft adjusts the method not appropriate cause the deceleration machine breakdown of the multifarious damage,adopt a stalk and two stalk umbrella wheel gearses carry on a stalk and two stalk umbrella wheel gearses back align,and become a straight line the method that cleft adjust carries on maintain,obtaining the success. |
