交流方波在多丝埋弧焊中的应用研究

摘    要:通过交流方波电源参数的对比性试验研究,得出占空比波形参数的调整比偏置波形参数的调整更能有效地控制埋弧焊缝金属熔敷率的结论。进一步试验证明:电源波形的占空比参数对焊接热输入存在较大的影响,当多丝埋弧焊采用较小占空比时,有利于提高焊接接头的低温冲击韧性。

Abstract:Based on the result of a comparative test study on AC square wave power source parameters, it is dentified that the weld metal deposition rate in SAW process is more effectively controlled by adjustment of the duty :ycle wave form parameters than by that of the offset wave form parameters. And further experiment result shows that he duty cycle parameters of the power source wave form have greater effect on heat input of the welding process, and t is beneficial for enhancement of the low-temperature impact toughness of the weld joint in case of using smaller luty cycle during multi-wire SAW process,
