摘    要:提出了一种基于模糊聚类和模糊识别的循环水泄漏检测与定位方法,该方法通过气相色谱仪对循环水进行分析,运用模糊聚类方法建立循环水泄漏点标准谱图库,采用模糊识别确定待分析样本与标准谱图库中样本的关联程度,以此报告待分析样本的泄漏点位置。实例分析表明,使用该方法能够准确地对炼油厂循环水泄漏点进行检测与定位。

Abstract:A method of leakage detection and localization is proposed for circulation water based on fuzzy clustering and fuzzy recognition.The circulation water is analyzed by the gas chromatograph and its divulging standard spectrum map base is set up by method of fuzzy clustering.Afterwards,fuzzy pattern recognition indicates the relationship of forecasting sample and standard in order to report the location of the leakage.An actual example analysis demonstrates that the method is able to detect and locate the circulation water leakage exactly.
