| 摘 要： | 通过正交实验优化提取确定绞股蓝总皂苷的的最佳条件及抗氧化作用。采用L9^（3）4确定甲醇浓度，回流时间，甲醇用量，回流次数；用最优方案大量提取绞股蓝总皂苷做豚鼠E-花环实验，镜下观察花环的形成率。通过实验得到绞股蓝总皂苷的的最佳条件：8倍量（16mL）80％的的甲醇溶液回流提取3次，每次2h；最高花环的形成率为27．5％。

| Abstract: | By orthogonal experiment,the best condition to extract gypenosides was determined.The immune pharmacodynamics effect of this gypenosides on Tcell was investigated.The best extracting condition was as follows: the 80 % methyl alcohol solution: 52 mL,backflow withdraws: 3 times.each time: 2 h.The result of erythrocyte rosetformation was 27.5 %. |
