摘    要:为寻求环保型耐磨表面改性技术,以Q235为基体进行盐浴复合热处理(QPQ),对其形貌、硬度、摩擦磨损与耐腐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明,QPQ处理层硬度约为739 HV,摩擦磨损性能与镀铬层相当,耐蚀性能优于渗氮处理。

Abstract:In order to seek environmentally friendly surface modification techniques,Q235 substrate was treated using Quench-Polish-Quench (QPQ) process.The microstructure,hardness,corrosion resistance,friction and wear properties were studied.The results show that the hardness of the treatment layer is 740 HV,the friction and wear properties are similar to that of the chromium plating layer with similar hardness,and the corrosion resistance is better than that treated with nitriding.
