TC18钛合金电化学蚀刻标记新工艺研究

摘    要:针对TC18钛合金零件电化学蚀刻标记深度不满足0.08 mm~0.13 mm要求的生产现状,引入新牌号蚀刻液MA04、T10和新牌号蚀刻纸DIG-3100、LST6010,对TC18钛合金进行电化学蚀刻标记工艺研究。结果表明,使用蚀刻液MA04、T10和蚀刻纸DIG-3100、LST6010后,标记深度及清晰度均满足要求,具有一定的应用和推广价值。

Abstract:For the situation of the electrochemical etching marking depth could not meet the requirements of 0.08 mm ~ 0.13 mm,the new etching solution of MA04 and T10,as well as the new etching paper of DIG-3100 and LST6010 were introduced to study the technology of electrochemical etching marking.The results show that the depth and clarity of the sign on TC 18 titanium alloys met the standard using the new etching solution and paper.The new technology show a broad application prospects.
