钛合金化铣尖边化学法去除工艺研究

摘    要:研究了化学铣切零件的涂胶保护面与铣切表面交接处形成的尖边的化学去除法,主要对化学去除方法工艺参数及性能进行了探索和讨论。通过实验研究分析得出,采用化学法去除化铣尖边能很好的满足零件尺寸形貌及力学性能的要求,具有良好的工艺性和可操作性。

Abstract:In this paper,the chemical method of removing the sharp edge formed at the interface between the protective surface and the milling surface was studied.The process parameters and properties of chemical removal methods were explored and discussed.According to experimental study and analysis,it could be concluded that chemical removal method of chemical milling sharp edges could not only meet the requirements of part size,shape and mechanical properties,but also have good process-ability and operability.
