摘    要:以硫酸铝钾、五氧化二钒为原料制得一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚合硫酸铝钒。通过研究各物质用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对铜镍离子去除率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件,并采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对其进行了结构表征与分析。结果表明,当n(KAlSO_4·12H_2O)∶n(H_2SO_4)∶n(V_2O_5)∶n(NaHCO_3)=1.0∶0.5∶0.8∶2.8,反应时间3.5 h,反应θ为60℃时,絮凝效果最佳,此时,电镀废水中铜镍离子去除率分别为98.6%和92.1%。

Abstract:Polyaluminum sulfate vanadium (PAVS) as a new type of inorganic polymer flocculant has been prepared by using aluminum potassium sulfate and vanadium pentoxide.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined by the effects on the removal rate of copper and nickel ions including the addition of raw materials,reaction time and reaction temperature.The properties of products are characterized by IR and SEM.The results show that the best flocculation effect can be obtained at the conditions including n(KAlSO4· 12H2O) ∶ n(H2SO4) ∶ n(V2O5) ∶ n(NaHCO3) =1∶ 0.5∶ 0.8∶ 2.8,reaction time at 3.5 h and the reaction temperature at 60 ℃.The removal rates are 98.6% and 92.1% for copper and nickel ions in the electroplating wastewater,respectively.
