铝型材锡盐电解着色“边缘色差”缺陷的机理与起因分析

摘    要:铝型材采用锡盐电解着色工艺在国内被广泛使用。针对许多铝型材企业关心的锡盐电解着色铝型材"边缘色差"缺陷,根据多年积累的生产实践经验,研究了"边缘色差"缺陷的形成机理,通过分析产生"边缘色差"缺陷的几种主要起因,提出了减少与减轻"边缘色差"缺陷的一些相应对策措施。

Abstract:The tin salt electrolytic coloring process was widely used on aluminum profile in China.For the "edge chromatic aberration" defect of aluminum profile tin salt electrolytic coloring,which was concerned by many aluminum profile enterprises,the formation mechanism of " edge chromatic aberration" defect was studied based on years of experiences in production practice.By analyzing several major causes of the "edge chromatic aberration" defect,some corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
