| Abstract: | In light of the difficulties of CSP Plant of WISCO in production of the low cabon, low silicon and low sulphur steel the present paper analyzes the linchpins in refining this steel grade and the factors causing sulphur pick-up in the process of converter refining and probes into the sulphur control plan for production of the low cabon, low silicon and low sulphur steel in CSP Plant of WISCO in the future. |
