| 摘 要： | 针对引起换挡离合器摩擦片失效的主要原因—接合过程中摩擦片滑动摩擦发热,建立了摩擦片的二维传热模型,详细分析了换挡离合器接合过程中热传导二维温度场的各种边界条件,应用Peaceman-rachford有限差分法对换挡离合器二维温度场进行了计算机模拟,并对结果进行分析与讨论,为换挡离合器的研究及保养提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Two dimension mathematical model is developed which is used to calculate thermal field of the shifting clutch in the automatic transmission of ZL50 load. The results are calculated by finite differential method and the theoretical basis for designing and updating of the shifting clutch in the automatic transmission is proposed by the analysis and discussion. |
