摘    要:针对污垢沉积而导致换热设备传热效率降低这一能源工程领域中的疑难问题,通过在换热管内通入气相,形成气液两相流动,在不同气体流量下进行了换热管内气液两相流动的传热和抗污垢性能研究。研究结果表明,由于气泡的扰动作用和破碎效应,不仅可以增大换热管传热系数和强化传热效果,而且也增强了抗污垢能力,从而大大延长了设备的高效运行时间,实现换热器的长期高效运行。

Abstract:The decrease of heat transfer efficiency due to the fouling sediment has been a difficult problem in the field of energy engineering all the time.Gas was introduced into the heat exchanger to form gas-liquid flow,and the experiment was conducted to study its properties of heat transfer and anti-fouling in different gas flux.The study results show that it can increase the heat transfer coefficient and the anti-fouling ability of the heat exchanger,thus prolonging the running time with high efficiency due to the effects of bubble disturbing and breaking up.
