摘    要:在碱分解-萃取-蒸发结晶制取APT工艺中,用二段除钼锡法处理高钼高锡的复杂钨矿物原料,即:将经典的MoS3沉淀除钼法与选择性沉淀除杂法相结合,先用经典的MoS3沉淀除钼法在Na2WO4溶液中除去大部分的钼,再用选择性沉淀法处理经萃取转型后获得的高锡(NH4)2WO4溶液,以除去其中的钼和锡,钼的总去除率可达97%以上,锡的去除率可达99%以上,在结晶率为95%的情况下,生产出的APT质量达到了GB10116-88APT-0级标准。

Abstract:In the process of production APT with technology of alkali decomposition-extraction-evaporative crystallization, the process of two steps of removing Mo and Sn is used to deal with complex tungsten minerals with high Mo and Sn.That is,combining classical process of removing Mo by MoS3 precipitation with selective precipitation, and the greater part of Mo is removed in the solution of Na2WO4 by classical process of removing Mo by MoS3 precipitation,then the Mo and Sn in (NH4)2WO4 solution with high Sn got by extraction are removed by selective precipitation, the total ratio of Mo removed can reach up to more than 97%, the ratio of Sn removed can reach up to more than 99% .In the case of crystallization ratio of 95% ,the quality of APT accords with GB10116-88APT-0.
