摘    要:针对大型电站设备零部件600MW转子线圈(材质为GB/T5231加工铜),设计了聚晶金刚石(PCD)铣刀,对其切削力进行了计算并对设计的刀体部分进行了强度、刚度校核,在切削时产生的切屑具有良好的屑型。

Abstract:The PCD milling tool is designed for 600MW rotor loop (GB/T5231) used in heavy electricity factory. The milling force is calculated and the stress intensity and rigid intensity are proofed. Based on experiment, we found the milling tool we designed has good chip shape.
