摘    要:以保护环境、节约资源为出发点,分析了R20S等普通锌锰电池污染环境、浪费资源,难以实现产业可持续发展的现状;探讨了我国大型号电池向碱性化发展的必要性,既是市场发展的必然结果,也是世界发展趋势;并从市场前景,无汞锌粉、电解二氧化锰、零配件以及设备开发等基础条件方面,探讨了LR20等大型号碱锰电池逐步替代普通锌锰电池的可能性。

Abstract:Based on the environment protecting and economizing resources,the status in quo of common Zn-MnO2 batteries,such as R20S,about polluting the environment,wasting resources and being hard to industrialize continually,was analyzed.It is necessary that the large-sized battery should be alkalized,which is not only the inevitable result of market development,but also the world developing trend.The possibility for large-sized alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries,such as LR20,of substitute for common Zn-MnO2 batteries step by step was discussed from the aspects of market prospect,mercury-free zinc powder,electrolytic manganese dioxide,part &fittings and equipment development.
