纳米ZnO薄片的制备、表征及其光催化降解性能

摘    要:以乙酸锌为原料,采用丙三醇常压回流法制备了二维片状纳米结构ZnO(简称ZnO薄片)。用扫描电子显微镜、热重-示差扫描量热分析、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱对ZnO薄片进行了表征,发现ZnO薄片是由30~40nm的均匀小颗粒自组装而成,薄片厚度100~200nm,长和宽为2~3μm。以氙灯模拟可见光为光源,以ZnO薄片为催化剂,对苯酚和甲基橙进行催化降解实验。实验结果表明,在可见光下照射3h,苯酚的降解率可达88.6%,矿化率达63.1%;该方法制备的ZnO薄片在可见光下对甲基橙的催化降解性能优于采用乙二醇常压回流法制得的ZnO粉末;ZnO薄片的最佳焙烧温度为400℃。

Abstract:ZnO nano-flakes were prepared from zinc acetate by atmospheric refluxing with glycerol.The nano-flakes were characterized by means of SEM,TG-DSC,XRD,FTIR and UV-Vis.ZnO nano-flakes,with thickness of 100-200nm and length-width of 23μm,aggregated from ZnO particles of 30-40nm.The obtained ZnO nano-flakes were applied in photocatalytic degradations of phenol and methyl orange-models of organic pollutant in water,under visible-light.After being irradiated for 3h,degradation and mineralization rates of phenol reach(88.6%) and(63.1%) respectively.The photocatalytic activity of ZnO nano-flakes in degradation of methyl orange is higher than that of ZnO powder prepared by atmospheric refluxing with glycol.The optimal calcination temperature for preparation of ZnO nano-flakes material is 400℃.
