悬式绝缘子自动胶装机的设计

摘    要:盘型悬式绝缘子自动胶装机的设计包括机械系统设计和气压传动控制设计。基于厂家对产品胶装装配质量的要求,采用单工位、平开气手指、气体振动器组合胶装装配方案。技术关键一是振动头实现小振幅和较高频率,二是要保证钢脚、瓷件和铁帽胶装必须达到一定的同轴度。胶装机电气控制系统采用三菱可编程逻辑控制器FX1S为主机。在设计中采用了一些特定的结构如双弹簧随动振动系统,加强振动效果并增加缓冲作用。经计算验证此设计能满足单班生产率≥400头的要求。

Abstract:The design of automatic cementing device for cap and pin insulator consists of mechanical system and pneumatic driving control.1In accordance with user's requirement the aggregate is supposed to comprise single working position,horizontal moving pneumatic finger and pneumatic vibrator.The essential technical solution shall realize vibration of higher frequency and minor amplitude,1and certain coaxality between cap,porcelain body and pin at cementing.For electro-mechanical control system,1programming logic controller FX1S of Mitsubishi is utilized.1A dual-spring vibrating device is used for increasing vibrating effect and buffer action.1It is estimation by calculation that the one-shift capacity is more than 400 units.
