超细氧化锆对锌硼硅微晶玻璃的增韧作用

摘    要:在锌硼硅微晶玻璃中添加半稳定氧化锆,用烧结法制得含有稳定氧化锆的锌硼硅微晶玻璃。利用氧化锆在微晶玻璃中的相变来提高材料的韧性,经计算和观察,测试材料增韧前后的效果,添加稳定超细氧化锆后对材料的韧性有很大提高。

Abstract:Zireonia -containing ZnO -B2O3 -SiO2 system glass -ceramics were prepared by sintering cold -pressed mixture of ZnO - B2O3 - SiO2 glass - ceramics and addition of partially stabilized zirconia. It was found that the fracture toughness, Kic, of glass - ceramics increased with adding of zirconia due to the phase transformation of zirconia.
