| 摘 要： | 正电子放射性药物主要用于临床显像,以资提供病灶在代谢等分子水平的诊断信息。本文从治疗角度简要介绍了医用正电子放射性标记药物,介绍了^18F-FDG、^66Ga-DOTATOC、^64Cu-ATSM药物治疗肿瘤的研究现状,并探讨其毒副作用,以及预防和降低毒副作用的方法。

| Abstract: | Not only may the radiopharmaceuticals emitting positron be used as imaging agent,but also their effects of irradiation in vivo have been given more and more attention recently.Current situation of researches on the radionuclides emitting positron and their radiopharmaceuticals for tumor therapy,such as 18F-FD,66Ga-DOTATOC,64Cu-ATSM, will be briefly reviewed in the article.Their effects on the normal tissue and the environment and protections from them will also be discussed. |
