摘    要:提出一种矫正开关函数的容错控制技术,以降低AC-AC矩阵变换器断相时的故障发生率,提高变换器的可靠性。通过较详细的数学分析断相故障发生后,用合适的输入电压序列的对称与非对称模式矩阵的构建合成新的开关函数矩阵,进一步合成故障情况下所需的输出波形,使矩阵变换器在缺相时依然能继续运行。仿真与实验结果验证该容错方案的可行性。

Abstract:A novel remedial approach of switching function for the fault-tolerant control was presented to reduce open phase failures occurring in AC-AC matrix converters,and improve the reliabilities of AC-AC converter.By detail mathematics analyzing,switches function matrix,containing symmetric and anti-symmet- ric mode matrix with appropriate sequences of input voltages,were developed to synthesize redefined output waveforms under the faults,AC-AC matrix converter can continue it's operate.Simulation and experimental results show feasibility of the fault-tolerant scheme.
