旋流分级与立式砂仓联合水力造浆充填工艺探讨

摘    要:武山铜矿现有的分级尾砂水力充填工艺是先分级后转运,再经过非搅拌水力冲砂,工艺环节多,环境污染严重,充填浓度难以控制,也无法与胶结充填系统配套,如改成旋流分级与立式砂仓水力造浆给料联合工艺,可大大减少中间环节,杜绝污染,也可用现代技术控制充填浓度,同时为胶结充填创造条件。

Abstract:Current hydraulic backfill process by using classified tailing sand in Wushan Copper Mine is somewhat complicate and backfill slurry concentration is difficult to control, if switching into a combined process with cyclone classification and vertical sand bin to make slurry, intermediate links will be dramatically reduced and pollution be prevented. Backfill concentration can be controlled with modern technology and be benefit for paste backfilling.
